At Remi Claeys Aluminium, the entire production is ISO 9001 - 2000 certified since 1994. Our production is vertically integrated, which ensures greater flexibility.

The final shape is given to the tube in the last stage of our production process. A HF welded aluminum tube of Remi Claeys Aluminium does not necessarily need to be a round tub:

• Smooth and reliable processing (welding, bending, spreading, narrowing, ..)
• Anodizing : economical alternative due to pre-anodized band material
• The internal welded seam is removed if desired, for example for telescopic tubes
• Embossed patterns are possible for aesthetic or functional use
• 100% recyclable product
• No sharp corners in the produced profiles sections
• Minimum ageing/hardening of the material after production, therefore the tubes are always easy to process
• The weld is always 100% Eddy Current inspected
• Aluminium is a highly corrosion resistant material
